Why should I choose Single Session Therapy?

People choose a Single Session Therapy for different reasons:

  • Sessions are arranged within 1-2 weeks of contact, this means when you need it rather than waiting
  • Its focused on your key concern or worry meaning you are more likely to receive the help you need
  • Its collaborative and responsive so you're not being told what to do, you are part of the solution
  • Its financially viable, yes it costs alittle more than the average therapy session however, if you have only one its quality over quantity
  •  Research shows that about half the time people will come back for further counselling, while the rest are happy with one session (See Windy Dryden for more information on this)
